writing these newsletters on a monthly basis, keeping you up-to-date with all the latest news,

tips, and inspiring client stories.

Here’s what’s been happening and a few tips to help you keep your health on track.

Health Tip of the Month

Move Every 30 Minutes.

ree

Whether you’re at work, watching TV, or driving, long periods of sitting can stiffen your joints and slow your metabolism. Set a timer to stand, stretch, or walk every 30 minutes. Your joints (and your heart) will thank you.
